We define your vision and budget, manage venue research and selection, and introduce our trusted supplier network with access to bespoke rates. We oversee bookings, budget allocation, food tastings, theming and décor, stationery review, and full supplier liaison.
A detailed timeline is created and all logistics are managed, including health and safety compliance. On the day, a dedicated Event Manager and assistant deliver complete coordination.

Crescent Moon Package
Structured planning support and professional takeover
Designed for clients who have secured their venue and up to three suppliers in London, across the UK or abroad, and want professional structure from that point onward.
We review your existing plans and budget, take over venue and supplier communication, and develop a comprehensive timeline. Additional trusted suppliers can be introduced where required.
Theming oversight, food tasting support, stationery review and logistics are managed by our team. Health and safety compliance is checked, and on the day a dedicated Event Manager and assistant provide full coordination.
Ideal for clients seeking experienced control for the remaining stages.
New Moon Package
Final-stage coordination and delivery
For clients who have planned their event in full and require professional oversight in the final six weeks, whether in London, elsewhere in the UK or at a destination venue abroad.
We review all plans, refine timelines, and take over venue and supplier communication. Final logistics, delivery schedules, insurance documentation and health and safety compliance are verified, along with a stationery check.
On the day, a dedicated Event Manager and assistant manage full itinerary execution and coordination, ensuring smooth delivery.
All packages include a dedicated Event Manager supported by an assistant.
Site visits are charged separately if required.
