Our lovely clients Lisa and Ian entrusted our team with the responsibility of alleviating all the pressures of their special day. With a clear vision from the start, this wonderful couple fully trusted us to bring it to life. We were thrilled to take on this responsibility and deliver an experience that matched both their expectations!

We began by thoroughly understanding where Lisa and Ian were in their planning process, what had already been arranged, who had been booked, and what aspects we would be taking over. Once we had a clear picture, we reached out to all pre-booked suppliers to introduce ourselves as the primary point of contact moving forward, ensuring that any needs or questions would be directed through us.

Following this, we visited the stunning Claridge's to view the space and discuss how we could elevate the event through exceptional production and transformation. We explored ideas for staging, dance floor, lighting, logos, and overall theming; ensuring every detail would reflect their vision and create a truly remarkable atmosphere. With the vision then in place, we collaborated with our production team to bring the ultimate sparkly gold and white theme to life; capturing the essence of glamour in all its glory to perfectly complement the exquisite venue.

We then focused on the finer details such as stationery, floral arrangements, favours and much more; to ensure every element aligned perfectly with the chosen theme. We began designing menus, name cards, table plans, fans for favours etc- paying close attention to each aspect. Additionally, we then visited the florist to review the stunning floral displays and discuss how to enhance the space with carefully curated floral designs.

Next up was the much-anticipated food tasting, some would say one of the most exciting parts of the planning process; with endless options of food and drink to explore! We carefully discussed (and tasted!) each choice to ensure the perfect complement, while also catering to the preferences of all attendees!

Throughout this planning process, we held regular catch-ups with Lisa and Ian, both in person and online, to ensure we were aligned every step of the way and to exchange important updates.

Before we knew it, the big day had arrived, and it was all hands on deck! Our team arrived early to check in with the bridal party and oversee the progress at the venue, ensuring everything was running smoothly. We remained on hand throughout the day, ready to assist with any last-minute needs and ensure every detail was perfectly executed.

Watching Lisa and Ian then meet at the end of the aisle, surrounded by glimmering lights and stunning floral arrangements, was a moment of pure joy. We knew our hard work had paid off, and it was in these moments that our team truly beamed with pride. Our smiles continued alongside those of Lisa, Ian, and all their guests. From fabulous drinks and canapés to a spectacular reception entrance by The Function Band, the night was filled with dancing and unbridled joy.

Being a part of this journey with Lisa and Ian was truly rewarding, it was a joy to see them celebrating and dancing the night away with their family and friends.
